Wounded Elbow

Last morning i was going to hook on a towel , but  didn't notice that floor was slippery. The next thing i stepped on,  suddenly i got slip and my elbow hit the wall! Ouch! It didn't feel much hurt at the beginning, but 30 minutes over the cut's getting swollen and had a bluish color surround it... that was really  hurt!
Since i was in a hurry, i just put some betadine (iodine) and move on with the activity.

Soon i got back from the office, i asked Eve if she wanted to help me put another iodine. She said yes, and for my surprised, looked a bit worry plus remind me to be more carefully - it was so touching me :)

 Cotton ball, Cotton bud, Tissue, Alcohol, and Betadine

First, Eve clean the wound with alcohol

Then she put some Betadine on cotton bud - with my help

Last thing, smeared it on the wound
